Just a collection of short little bits of news that I found interesting but there isn't a huge amount to discuss about them. I will include source links for the articles and such too.
Samsung says international Galaxy S3 will get Jelly Bean as soon as October:

I suppose as updates go this one won't have taken too long but if you look at it another way, Jelly Bean was only an incremental update on ICS which makes the update time seem pretty long.
Also I guess this is Samsung's "your move HTC" since there seems to be no time frame for HTC One X Jelly Bean update.

The UK is getting 4G coverage:

T-mobile and Orange are bringing 4G coverage to 16 UK cities by the end of the year. You can wait another five years for Ireland to get 4G coverage which will only really work in Dublin.

Transformers outside your window?

A fun little augmented reality website. Enter your address and it loads a street view of the address and plays a video of transformers looking like they are fighting on the street.

Google course-builder:

An interesting product that allows people to make their own online courses.

Sony Xperia V has sensor on its lens:

Having the sensor on the lens means one less layer of glass which has got to be good right? It should make colours a bit more vivid and make it feel more like you are actually touching the display.
